After several weeks, Shah Rukh Khan has once again chosen to engage with his fans who can’t get enough of the superstar on social media. In case you didn’t know, SRK is one of those who regularly interacts with his fans and rarely misses an opportunity to communicate with them. He is famous for hosting numerous AskSRK sessions as a means of connecting with his fans. Once again, on the occasion of his debut film Deewana completing 31 years, Shah Rukh decided to make the most of this moment and held a Q&A session with social media users for nearly an hour.
On Sunday evening, Shah Rukh Khan asked his fans to throw questions at him, and his excited fans were more than happy to #AskSRK about his upcoming projects, his acting process, and even the shooting of Deewana. One fan was particularly curious to know what formula Shah Rukh Khan used when he chose a film.
The fan asked, “After so many successful years in Bollywood and after playing almost every type of role, now, while selecting a movie, do you consider its commercial aspect or would you also like to do some roles/movies that you haven’t done before, like Swades? #AskSRK.” Being the ideal ‘hero’ of the director, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “Now I try to do the kind of film that the particular director wants to make… not just what I envision for myself.”
In terms of work, Shah Rukh Khan returned to the silver screen earlier this year in January with Pathaan, which became the highest-earning Bollywood film in India. As for his upcoming movies, fans are eagerly awaiting his collaboration with Atlee in Jawan, where Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi will also be starring. Apart from that, he has also joined forces with Rajkumar Hirani for Dunki, a film starring Taapsee Pannu.
