Manoj Bajpayee spouse Shabana experiences ‘insulted’ while watching one of his movie: ‘She said stop doing films for money.’

Manoj Bajpayee said that his spouse Shabana told him to stop doing films for money after she felt ‘insulted’ watching one of his films.

Manoj Bajpayee, while promoting his film “Sirf Ek Bandaaa Kaafi Hai,” revealed that his spouse, Shabana Raza, once reprimanded him and urged him to “stop doing films for money.” He shared an incident when his wife watched a “bad film” featuring him and felt embarrassed witnessing his romantic scenes with actresses on screen.

Bajpayee Sir shared a story without revealing the name of the movie. He mentioned that when his wife, Shabana, went to watch the movie, there were some girls sitting behind her in the theater who were mocking him. After the film, she called him and expressed her feelings. She told him to stop doing this type of movie just for money and that they were not desperate for it. She felt embarrassed, insulted, and humiliated in the theater. Shabana advised him to focus on selecting good stories and characters instead of films like that, as he didn’t need to prove anything else. Manoj considered it valuable advice, even though it came across as scolding.

Manoj Bajpayee has acted in movies like Satyameva Jayate and Baaghi 2. During an interview, the interviewer confessed that she actually left the theater while watching Satyameva Jayate. Manoj playfully responded by saying, “But you paid for the ticket.” He also mentioned that he thoroughly enjoyed working on the film.

Manoj Bajpayee confessed that during the climax scene of Satyameva Jayate, his wife burst into laughter, even though it wasn’t intended to be funny. When he asked her why she was laughing, she replied, “I find it quite hilarious how you are acting.” Manoj shared this anecdote, recalling his wife’s reaction.
