A video of the incident goes viral when Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot grabbed the mic and angrily throws it on the ground when it seemed to have stopped working properly.
During a public event in Barmer, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot, got frustrated when a microphone stopped working. He threw the microphone towards his left, where the Barmer district collector was standing. A video of the incident was circulated, showing Gehlot’s action.
On Friday, the incident happened at the Barmer Circuit House. Chief Minister Gehlot, who was visiting Barmer for two days, was talking to a group of women.
In the video, you can see the Chief Minister of Rajasthan picking up the microphone and tapping it to see if it was working. However, when it seemed to have a problem, Ashok Gehlot got angry and throws the mic on the ground.
The Barmer district collector grabbed the microphone, and then another one was given to the chief minister.
During the same event, Ashok Gehlot became upset when he noticed some people standing behind the group of women. He showed his unhappiness to the superintendent of police, asking, “Where is the SP (superintendent of police)?”
The Union Jal Shakti Minister, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, posted a video of the incident on Twitter.
The Chief Minister gets really angry! What will be the result of displaying this behavior in front of the public? It would be better to find a solution instead! Otherwise, getting angry without any valid reason always causes harm,” Gajendra Singh Shekhawat tweeted.
