India lost the WTC final 2023 in the Ind vs Aus match that took place at Oval Ground in England from June 7. Australia won by a significant margin of 209 runs. Indian captain Rohit Sharma and Cheteshwar Pujara then formed a partnership, but Rohit played a wrong shot and got out early. Following Rohit’s dismissal, even Cheteshwar Pujara couldn’t stay on the pitch and lost his wicket.
After losing three wickets, a strong partnership formed between Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane. By the end of the fourth day’s game, the Indian team scored 164 runs while losing three wickets.
