For those who are not familiar, Before his death, Sushant Singh Rajput had reportedly agreed to work on a new sports biopic after the success of “MS Dhoni: The Untold Story.” According to sources, the movie was about the extraordinary life of Murlikant Petkar, a disabled army veteran and accomplished athlete. Murlikant Petkar had won a Gold Medal at the Commonwealth Games in 1970 and also at the Paralympics in Germany in 1972. At the time, the project did not have a title.
The film is scheduled for release on Eid 2024, specifically on June 14.
In the meantime, Kartik Aaryan is currently relishing the success of his recently released film, SatyaPrem Ki Katha. Directed by Sameer Vidwans and co-starring Kiara Advani, the film has been received well by the audience.
