Robbery at Shilpa Shetty’s Juhu residence, two people arrested by Mumbai police

Two people have been taken into custody by the Mumbai police for their suspected involvement in a theft at Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty’s home in Juhu, Mumbai. According to the Press Trust of India (PTI), an official stated on June 15 that certain valuable items were reportedly stolen from the actor’s house last week.

Last week, a robbery happened at Shilpa Shetty’s fancy house in Juhu. The Juhu police station received a complaint about the theft and started investigating. The investigation team has arrested two people related to the case, and they are currently being questioned.

The incident happened while the actress was on a vacation in another country. The two criminals climbed over a tall 25-foot wall to get inside her house. The Juhu police station in the western suburbs of Mumbai has arrested two men for breaking into the actress’ house. Shilpa had left Mumbai on May 24.

The Mumbai police have arrested two people in relation to the robbery that took place at Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s house. It is believed that some valuable items were taken from her home last week.

ROBBERY AT SHILPA SHETTY’S JUHU HOUSE

The two accused individuals have been identified as Arjun Devedra (26) and Chitta, also known as Ramesh Devendra (22). Chitta, who lives in Kartik Chawl, has a history of committing multiple robberies. Arjun, on the other hand, resides in Nehru Nagar slum in Vile Parle West and has been involved in 15 cases of house break-ins. Both of them have been placed under police custody. They were caught by Juhu senior inspector Ajitkumar Vartak, detection officer API Vijay Dhotre, and their team, who set up a trap to apprehend these repeat offenders.

According to a police official working on the case, the two accused individuals climbed over a 25-foot wall near the Juhu beach. Despite the presence of CCTV cameras and private security, they managed to avoid detection and enter the bungalow. Both of the arrested individuals have committed crimes in the past. Their faces appeared in the footage, but it wasn’t very clear as the break-in occurred between 3 and 4 am. The police team reviewed around 70 CCTV recordings before confirming their identities. Further investigation is being conducted to determine what items were stolen.
