Harish Magon passes away at 76: Let’s Know the Unkown Facts about the Shahenshah actor

Harish Magon is well-known for his cameo appearances in films like as Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Chupke Chupke, Khushboo, and Shahenshah. He was last seen in Vipin Handa’s 1997 film Uff! Yeh Mohabbat.

Harish Magon, the veteran actor most famous for his role in the classic comedy film Gol Maal, died at the age of 76. On July 1, the renowned actor died in Mumbai, leaving behind a legacy of great performances. The Cine And TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) released the news: “CINTAA expresses its condolences on the demise of Harish Magon (Member since JUNE 1988).”

Harish is survived by his wife, Pooja Magon, and their children, Siddharth and Aarushi. Harish’s daughter currently resides in Singapore.

Harish Magon is an Indian film actor who was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on December 6, 1946. He graduated from the famous Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in Pune. In 1974, he completed his studies, arming himself with the skills and knowledge that would influence his destiny in the world of acting.

Harish Magon’s memorable acting career

He retired from acting in 1997 and founded the Harish Magon Acting Institute in Mumbai. He previously taught at Roshan Taneja’s acting school. Magon had a successful career in films including Namak Halaal, Chupke Chupke, and Gol Maal. His last film before retiring was Uff! Yeh Mohabbat. Chupke Chupke was his first feature film after graduating from FTII where he played a thief role.

The actor worked in many successful films and acted alongside famous Bollywood actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Utpal Dutta, Dharmendra, Sanjeev Kumar, and Sharmila Tagore.
